Our experience and expertise in manufacturing quality furniture and knowledge of music equipment is reflected in the high standard of our products. All Fonik products are manufactured from the highest quality material and to the highest standard possible.
Please understand all our products are hand crafted, painted and lacquered making each one unique. Due to abrading, various wood grains, paint finishes and the general hand crafted nature of our products, variations and minuscule imperfections can occur.
We pride ourselves on the production of high class finished products made with quality workmanship which sets us apart from other manufacturers. If you should find any issues with your Fonik product please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you. All Fonik products are guaranteed with a limited lifetime warranty for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, damage by misuse, accidental damage, damage caused by improper transport, exposure to moisture, extreme temperature, sunlight, smoke, household cleaning products and other harmful chemicals.
Please be aware that our warranty also does not cover consequential damages, such damage or loss of the equipment/content inside our products, personal injury, lost profits or revenue and other additional expenses.
In the unlikely event that damages occur during transportation including air travel the products are not covered under this warranty. If this should happen, please ensure you make a claim with the carrier directly.
If your product requires assembly, please read the assembly instructions and follow accurately, we cannot be held accountable if the product is constructed incorrectly and ultimately damaged.
Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and only when the product was purchased from an official Fonik retailer and not from unauthorised vendors selling through auctions platforms or online market places such as ebay and amazon.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must be intact with no shipping labels affixed (we recommend you use an outer cover).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you can email to us: firstname.lastname@example.org
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example if the packaging is missing or if there are signs of use. In these circumstances we charge a 15% restocking fee.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect developing more than 30 days after, but still within the 1 year from the date of delivery, you must return the unit to us and it will be repaired or replaced at Fonik's discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and whether or not the 15% restocking fee (see RETURNS above) will be implemented due to the product or packaging being diminished.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please read our full policy before you ship your item to ensure you meet all of our requirements.
